Abstract
This work consists of creating a relationship between a scientific research and a report of pedagogical practice, subjects to the same theme. In the context of the relations between society and the virtual space, are discussed notions concerning cyberculture, and understanding the virtual space as a new social space, we developed the idea that personal opinion was emphasized by the social networks and blogs, which combined with rapid and facilitated access to knowledge, led to the proliferation of information and the consequent difficulty of assessment.

In the field of visual arts, themes related to digital art and the development of artistic practice in virtual space are approached, such as new media art, referring to works by artists such as Manfred Mohr, Charles Csuri, Gerhard Mantz, Vuk Cosic, Jodi. org and Cornelia Sollfrank. In this field, is also studied the importance of software to produce digital art and the relevance of virtual institutions for cultural promotion.

Finally, relations are established between the virtual space and the teaching of visual arts, where issues concerning the introduction of digital tools in the classroom are analyzed, in order to contribute to the evolution of the student and to improve the training of teachers.

With regard to practice teaching in the disciplines of Drawing B and History of Arts, Multimedia Course Technology, in the Francisco Franco HighSchool, are presented critically and reflectively, the procedures necessary to implement the scientific component, such as lesson plans, proposed work and study visits. We also present the other components related to teaching practice, such as the Directorate of Class; monitoring project of the Association Contigo Teatro Company, and activities to curriculum enrichment.
